New Returns

All product, except electrical components and fluids, purchased online from Fat Guys Auto Parts can be returned for a full refund if the following conditions are met:

Product was purchased no more than thirty (30) days ago
Product is in resale condition. This means that the product is free from damage.
Product is in its original box and the box is free from damage.
Product is accompanied by original purchase receipt

The refund will be given as a credit via the original payment method for the amount paid on the original purchase date.

Core Returns

All cores related to parts purchased online from Fat Guys Auto Parts can be returned for a full core refund if the following conditions are met:

Core must be returned within six months from the original purchase date
Core must be packed in the original packaging, complete and fully assembled, with all fluids drained
Core must be accompanied with the original purchase receipt

The core refund will be given as a credit via the original payment method for the amount paid on the original purchase date.
