Similar to other retailers of brand name products, Fat Guys Auto Parts honours the warranty programs developed by the manufacturers. Every manufacturer has a different warranty program, so every product must be reviewed individually to determine if warranty coverage applies.
If you have a problem with any part purchased through our online store, please fill in the Warranty Return Form below. We will review the claim and provide you with an Authorization and Shipping instructions. If warranty cannot be provided due to limitations in the manufacturer's coverage, we will explain that fully in writing.
Warranties offer replacement of defective parts only. Fat Guys Auto Parts will not reimburse any customer for labour costs incurred in the original installation.
Warranty Return Form
This Warranty Return Form will be directed to our online Department. Someone will contact you shortly with an Authorization Return number and shipping instructions. All product returns are processed as credits via the payment method used to pay the original invoice.
